Our History
Founded in 1989, Precision Industrial Construction, Inc. has grown to become one of the leading industrial Construction in the pulp, paper, corrugation, converting and food processing industries in the nation.  We have, in the last decade, also made respectable headway in doing the same in the machine tool and machinery installation of the manufacturing, machining and assembly industries as well.

Company Profile
Precision Industrial Construction, Inc. is a service and contracting company, which for the past two decades, has been providing scheduled and emergency construction, mechanical, investment recovery and maintenance support to many industries on a national basis.
Whether it be construction of pits and foundations, systems integration, complete manufacturing system installations, single machine tool relocation, or the dismantling, crating and shipping of an entire manufacturing plant, PIC has the highly trained craftsmen, tools and equipment, experience and expertise to complete the most challenging projects, safely, efficiently, on time and on budget. Since its’ modest inception, PIC has steadily grown to be a significant force in our field. From our commitment to provide a superior product to our customer, through our careful selection, continuous training and support of our qualified employees, PIC has continued on a path of success.

Safety
PIC constantly manages for safety on all projects.

PIC's company policy considers the safety our customers employees and of our own employees to be the most vital aspect of our operations. Above all, the safety of those employees comes first when planning the development, design and execution of any and all phases and aspects of any project in which Precision Industrial Construction, Inc is involved. Our management team holds its’ self responsible for recognizing, anticipating and analyzing the known and potential hazards of each project and to provide education, personal protective equipment (PPE) and leadership to eliminate or minimize those hazards and conditions inherent to all construction sites.

Our Safety Manual and Employee Handbook serve as excellent tools for accident prevention. All PIC employees are trained to look for unsafe practices and conditions and correct the situation before it becomes a safety hazard. Proper training, coupled with continuous communication between management and supervision ensures our capability to provide a safe working environment while maintaining construction schedules. PIC has explicit policies regarding Sexual Harassment and Drug and Alcohol abuse.

PIC's safety program has the flexibility to adjust to our clients' specific plant site policies. The PIC safety department works closely with our customers to share awareness of one another’s safety policies and practices and strive to integrate them in order to maintain safety for all.  All PIC employees are expected to follow these policies and practices as well as provide input on how to improve them. PIC supervisors are responsible for making themselves aware of potential hazards and safety guidelines on each project and will inform PIC employees of these topics at the initial safety survey and pre-job briefing and during daily on-the-job “tailgate”  safety meetings.

Safety is a priority goal for all PIC employees whether they are on or off the job site.
